This has been my year for dental work, and I’ve seen Dr Jacks a number of times. First to access the work that needed to be done, and then for 2 extractions and a double tooth implant. Each time I have been impressed by his careful explanations often accompanied by easy to follow visuals. I appreciated that my pain needs were discussed and accommodated, and that his professional caring staff made each step of the way comfortable, easy and pain free. I will definitely recommend Dr Jacks to my friends who need an exceptionally skillful oral surgeon.

Dr Jacks and his staff are very great to work with. They made me feel very comfortable both times I had oral surgery. He was very informative when I started my dental process and what he was doing which time. I would say how great of an experience I had but mouth surgery is never fun. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone who needed oral surgery.

I was a nervous wreck when I went to Dentist Jack. From the time I walked in the door, The Team made me feel safe and comfortable. I told eveyone how scared I was. He gave me a cocktail that calm me down. I will always go to his office when I need a caring dentist. I appericated him calling me to ask how I was doing. The bouquet of flowers were beautiful and really surprised me. I was very happy when they let me my husband come in the room, I would recomend his team to everyone that needed a caring and knowledgeable Dentist.

I have to say, this is a 10 star experience..I had a horrifying experience a few years ago with a dentist ....PTSD to the max...Thanks to Mathew Jacks and his staff, I no longer carry that trauma..., actually I don't even remember what happened with that other dentist, thank god..I have been seeing him for a few years , and am grateful to have he and his team doing such a great job!!

I was a little nervous about having a tooth extracted, but from the moment you walked into their office you were met with a relaxing atmosphere. Christine at the front desk also had a very calming demeanor, which is really helpful for someone that is anxious about their visit. When in the back, Brandy let me choose my own music which was awesome. Dr. Jacks reassured all my fears as soon as I met him. He has excellent bedside manner. Super easy to ask questions and talk to. You can tell he is well educated. I really liked Dr. Jacks and Brandy's engagement with each other and with myself. They were very professional yet it felt very laid back and caring. During the procedure they were both very reassuring, letting me know that everything was going great and the way it was supposed to. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone! Thank you so much for taking good care of me. Felt like family!

Dr Jacks and his staff were extremely efficient and friendly. The procedures were explained and questions answered. Frequently, I was asked how I was doing and if I was comfortable. I don’t know how it could have gone smoother.

I m doing very good since my having the roots of my tooth taken our and the Implant put in . I would like to take the time to thank you for the card and flowers for my Birthday!!!!!

I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Dr. Jacks and the entire experience of having a tooth removed and replaced by an implant. Not only is he professional, but also painstakingly careful to ensure that measurements and fit are accurate. Many kudos to him and his staff for their excellent work.

My childhood memories are of very painful dental work. My fear of any type of dental work goes beyond normal. My bone graft and implant surgeries were painless, staff very professional, appointments on time, and I felt appreciated as a patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Jacks for any procedure.

I have had two procedures with Dr Jack. In midsummer I had teeth extracted and bone grafts placed in preparation for implants. Yesterday the implants were put in. In 4 months my other dentist will place a partial denture on those implants. Dr Jack and all his staff are very professional, courteous, and really care about their patients. Dr Jack checked on me the afternoon after the implants were placed to make sure I was okay. I don't know many dentists that will do that! I feel very confident in Dr Jack and his staff's knowledge and capabilities. So glad I have been able to work with them! Thanks so much for the beautiful flowers!

I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Jacks when I went in for a tooth extraction (at least as pleasant as a tooth extraction can be). Had planned to have tooth extracted and then have dentist put in a bridge in a couple of weeks. However in discussing the pros and cons of both bridges and implants with the assistant and Dr. Jacks, I decided to go with an implant he could do that very day after the extraction. He explained my dentist would do a crown over it in 4 months. The gospel music sung by Alan Jackson in the background was an added calming factor. Dr Jacks was very personable and gentle as he explained every move he made. He and his assistants made me feel relaxed during the entire procedure. I was very impressed at his expertise. (This morning what a nice surprise to open the door to find a bouquet delivered to me from Dr. Jacks’ office. What a caring gesture!)

Having had a few bad experiences with a dentist, can ruin the "trust issue" for future needs in the dental industry. Dr. Jack's and his Team helped to wipe the slate clean. First, let me say that sending flowers to your patient's is over the top......First class in Customer Relations 101. Secondly, Dr. Jack's and his Team.... went over and above in explaining the process from start to finish. And answered all my questions and helped put me at ease. Professional, courteous, respectful and friendly (with a sense of humor). How nice to have everything completed in "one" visit. Thumbs up to Dr. Jack's and his Team !!!

5 Star Experience! Dr Jacks was extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. He explained things completely and gave me options for my implant procedure. I was referred to Dr. Jacks by my regular dentist for the extraction of a wisdom tooth. No one ever wants to have a tooth extracted, but Dr. Jacks and his team made my experience a quick and painless one. He made sure that I understood why I needed the tooth out, and took all the extra precautions that I required, since I had a heart event in the early summer. He made sure I was comfortable, and talked to me through the entire procedure, so I would know what he was doing. He is the utmost professional, but managed to have a lighthearted moment with me as well. Should you ever need to have dental surgery, I would absolutely recommend using Dr. Jacks and his team!

I recall meeting Dr. Jacks the first week he came on board his practice, and was thrilled with his advice, explanation of procedures and obvious enthusiasm for his work and patients. The services I required are not fun for the doc or patient, yet I sensed that Dr. Jacks loved his work and enjoyed interacting with his patients. His work was impeccable. This week I returned for another procedure, again no fun for Dr. Jacks or me. However, his warm welcome put me at ease right away. As before, he explained the procedure, cost, recuperation, and home care. I had full confidence in his expertise and also his enthusiasm for his patients and his work. He also maintains a very positive office and support staff, each highly qualified in their duties. Dr. Jacks is a great dental surgeon, If one must have a tooth pulled, Dr. Jacks is the very best guy to do it. Then he replaces it with an implant that looks better than the original! And lovely flowers delivered to my home today.

My general dentist referred Dr. Jacks to extract my wisdom teeth. I am so glad I went with the referral and had Jacks do the surgery! His office was very welcoming and informative on everything they were doing the day of the surgery. They all made sure I was comfortable at all times. I was fast asleep and woke up with no pain at all. Very minimal swelling and hardly any bruising. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Jacks to deal with your wisdom teeth!

I came to Dr. Jacks without fully understanding my options. Well, I had an idea about them, but I can’t say I fully understood why I would choose them other than cost. What I gained from listening to Dr. Jacks was the cost/benefit ratio. This made all the difference to me. I was treated to my choice in music in the surgery room. I was kept informed along the way. And I was even offered an espresso afterward! My experience was probably the best possible, under the circumstances. Hats off to you and your crew, Dr. Jacks! My experience was painless. Coming from a boomer child that had horrible experiences, I’m extremely happy with Dr. Jacks & staff. It’s a whole new dental world :) :)

My general dentist recommended Dr. Jacks for evaluation for a dental implant. I found Dr. Jacks and his entire staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Mu actual procedure was uneventful, all went well and I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacks and his staff. Great team!!

After a lifetime of dental issues and procedures due to poor teeth, I faced a personal emotional crisis when several of my remaining upper teeth broke off at the gum line. A consultation with Dr. Jacks resulted in the decision to have 4 implants to support a permanent upper denture. He offer me other options, and let me decide which was best for me. I chose the All in 4 option and am glad I did. Dr. Jacks and staff along with Dr. John Larsen performed the surgery and placement of temporary denture. Now, after heeling and being fitted with the permanent denture, I am ecstatic. Dr. Jacks monitored the heeling of the bone grafts and was a constant source of support. Thank you

I had a five star experience with Dr. Jacks . He was compassionate, highly skilled, explained thoroughly what was going to happen. He made sure I was comfortable at all times. He deserves 5 stars because he is a 5 star dentist.

My general dentist gave me three oral surgeon recommendations for tooth implant. I researched and found Dr. Jacks highly recommended. As a Nurse Practitioner I want someone personable, experienced, and highly regarded. I was not disappointed. I hate dental surgery; I'll only go to Dr. Jacks if needed again in the future.
